Technical Support will be enabling "Self Service Password Resets" for all students.
This will allow students to reset their own passwords and unlock their own accounts without the need to contact Technical Support. When this has been enabled you will be required to enter some additional details such as your mobile
number or alternate email address the next time you log into Microsoft Office 365.
When logging into Microsoft Office 365 you will be presented with a dialogue box similar to the one below. From here you can add your method of choice (Email or Mobile).
